Frustrated in NC!!!!

I have had pf since April of last year. I have had tapeings, cortizone shots, drugs and I am now in a ski boot. I am seeing a podiatrist now but I have a appt Tuesday with a orthopedic doctor. I am not sure what he will do different. I have pf in both feet. I have been helped with arch supports in my left foot but my right one will not cooperate. I would like to know is someone could tell me what the orthopedic doctor will do different. I am very glad I found this sight and would appreciate anything anyone has to say. I am getting very frustrated
