I consulted with Dr. Baxter who suggested surgery for tarsal tunnel and plantar fasciitis. He made it sound so simple. Outpatient for the morning, sent home with stitches and crutches. On them for 4-5 days and then the stitches out after 12 days. Some pain, but no more than what I am having now and all better in several months. Okay, from your postings you were treated by him. Did you have surgery? How was it? I am going to try some of the things I've learned consistently and methodically and then will consider surgery. He made it sound that I could do all these things, but that bottom line would be the surgery. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
