ICE ALERT!!!!!!!!!

I was icing my foot last night for only 15 minutes and the ice pack was directly against my foot. I felt the sides of my foot burn a bit and removed the ice pack. Today I have a large purple burn from the ice along the side of my foot and it is KILLING ME!!! Be very careful using ice and always place a paper towel in between the ice and skin so this won't happen to you!!!!!! And don't ever ice for more than 20 minutes or it will turn to heat!!!!!
