Yet, many people claim positive results from calcium and magnesium and both are sold together as one vitamin to created the necessary results. Where did you get your information. I would suspect calcium is necessary because the fasia tendon in the foot connects to the heel bone and must be made up of cartiledge and bone. Isn't cartiledge and bone made up of calcium? If yes, common sense would say calcium needs to be replaced to heal the PF.
