Magnesium and Copper help, but Calcium hurts

Magnesium helps muscle relaxation (for stretching) and increases the diameter of arteries (for better blood flow for healing). Copper helps the formation of collagen which aids connective tissue formation. Calcium inhibits the function of both magnesium and copper. Nutrition nuts suggest 250 mg magnesium 4 times a day. 2 mg per day of copper. Toxicity is rare in both (unless there is kidney disease).
