Many people claim positive results from Magnesium and Calcium combination. And, both minerals are sold together to create the necessary result. I would suspect calcium is need to repair the connective tissue of the fasia tendon to the bone. I would also suspect the connection point is made up of cartiledge and bone. Isn't cartiledge and bone made of calcium? If so, then common sense would say to take a calcium supplement. And, magnesium is suppose to help metabolize the calcium quicker. Where did you get this info. I'm hesitate to agree with you.
