Looking for options and advice for Plantar Fascitis

I am 23 years old and I have PF in boot feet along w/bunions that are not causing any pain yet!!!! My heel spurs are small but very painful. I have went to physical therapy since Thanksgiving and that only helped when I was going 3 times a week. Now I am going to a foot Dr. and he put a cast on my left foot for 2 weeks because it is worse then the right. I also had to order a night split. It seems like nothing is working. I hear the magnets work really well. I am looking for any and all suggestions on treatments.
