Plantar Fascitis - HELP !!!!!

I have been suffering with PF for 3 years now. Have had to stop playing all sport. I find it hard to walk in the morning and often have to crawl to the toilet in the morning. I recently went to a "specialist" and he decided to operate on my foot. He cut the foot and chipped the spur away. I have no relief and my foot is now dead, I live in a third world country and was wondering if there are any excellent specialist centers anywhere else in the world where I could get rid of this once nd for all. Or am I going to be with this pain for the rest of my life. Please help ..
