I've considered that I may have nerve entrapement. You don't hear much about it when talking about PF. What can you do, and what have you done to treat nerve entrapement. If I have it, my case does't sound as bad as yours. Is surgery the only option? Maybe virgorous massages will break up the scar tissue and alleviate the pain of the nerve that is creating the pain. Yah, 70 isn't normal for Michigan in March, but I'll take it.Good luck :)
