I am somewhat confused by some of these postings. I have had PF for over four years(diagnosed) and have been through physical therapy, cortisone injections, 4 DIFFERENT pair orthos, lots of stretching, lots of attempts to do nothing to give some rest to the feet. I have worn Birks for years and was told by the last SPECIALIST, that under no condition was I to wear the BIRKS, because they were part of the PROBLEM! Now I read here that many of you are advocating them as a source of relief and treatment. Anyone out there with any info that would suggest that it is not a good idea to wear them?
