When I walk down a flight of steps, I have to do so placing my foot (the right one) down flat. It has virtually no flexibility as far as a normal walk down the stairs. I'm sure this must aggravate the pf since it causes all of my weight to fall on that one foot with each step. I have started the exercises to see if this help.
Do any of you experience difficulty, and having to walk "funny" while coming down steps?
