Terrible pain!!

I was diagnosed about 2 months ago....I have been going down hill ever since..the orthopedic DR> wants 60 days of Naprosen(It doesn't help) And streches..The only thing I get any relief from is the frozen coke bottle(thank god for that) Does any one have any ideas for me? I have an insert in my New Balance sneakers..No help..My husband says I'm miserable..I am...I'm becoming so frustrated..I'm willing to try anything!!Please HELP me!! Thanks!!
