Powerstep Inserts This is a great insert, with the highest available arch support without a prescription.  It comes in ten different sizes for a better fit than store-bought inserts. This insert is not usually available in stores because stores are not able to stock the 10 different sizes. $24 a pair

Athletic Tape $2.5 per 15 yards of 2" tape, twice as much as found in stores.  This is probably the best thing for serious cases of plantar fasciitis and those on their feet a lot, or if you plan to suddenly jump into activity like going on a trip.  But you need to practice taping before the trip.  See our document on how to tape.

Custom Insole Kit  I like this one and used it for 2 years, but reviews aren't very good (probably because it's a little difficult to make).  This is a custom-moldable insert with arch support that you adjust.  $39
